Justin has truly developed a passion for the value we create as an organization.

Justin Liles is from Fuquay Varina, NC where he was born and raised. Justin graduated with a degree in Bioprocess Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2016.  Since then, he has relocated to Knightdale, NC to pursue a career in the food industry.  After starting with a couple of companies on the Food Ingredients side, Justin has truly developed a passion for the value we create as an organization with our Custom Blends, Performance Blends and Seasoning additions.

Core Culture

My favorite core culture is “Innovative Solutions to Solving Problems”. Our team remains strongly driven to find the most efficient way to complete tasks whilst maintaining a positive attitude and doing more than expected each and every time. One thing I love about the Food Industry is the unique way that you can arrive at different solutions with each product you work on. We truly are a custom blender and we will always strive to make it work and make it count!

Personal

My wife, LeeAnne and I have one dog, Bojangles, who is an English Golden Retriever. After work, I enjoy spending time with both of them on the Greenway or at our local dog park (which does have a brewery behind it)! I would say I have a somewhat fear of Monotony as I am always trying new restaurants, cuisines, activities and more. I also enjoy Biking, playing Board Games and Brewing Beer in my spare time. On the weekends, I am either at the Beach or Smoking a Pig Butt on my Traeger!

Favorite Seasoning Blend

My favorite blend by far is Hot Honey Mustard, a delicious sweet heat that has the perfect amount of tang and spice! I always like a little bit of heat in my flavor profiles and am quite the wing eater as well and this seasoning goes perfectly on my Smoka-fried Wings that I smoke low and slow then finish off in an Air-Fryer! Every now and then I throw it into a bag of pretzels as well for a great snack.
