Mike grew up on Long Island, NY and moved to the south in 1988. Here he discovered his love for animals, food and a laid back lifestyle. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, plus a minor in Meat & Dairy foods from Clemson University. Armed with his passion for food and the manufacturing process, he began his career as a manager for a large scale food processing company. With 9 years’ experience in fresh and further processing of poultry and pork, plus his background in seasonings, he is proud to lead the Sales Team and assist everyone to create value every step of the way.

I have a loving wife and 2 beautiful energetic young children. When I do have time to myself, I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, and of course Clemson Football - Go Tigers!

I love anything created with Hatch Chilies. The Hatch Chile has such depth that it rounds out most dishes and adds just a hint of heat to make it the most interesting seasoning we've created to date.
